The Challenge

New pet sitting service in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Competing against established businesses with years of referrals. They needed to look legitimate from day one and communicate what made them different, not just another person who watches dogs.

What we built

Complete brand identity and website built around one insight: pet owners don't want a babysitter, they want someone who gets that leaving their pet is hard. Clean design that feels professional without being cold. 'Wag More, Worry Less' as the tagline. Service pages focused on what actually matters to clients, not industry jargon.

The approach

Every word is written to build trust. No corporate pet care language. Service names like 'Purr-fectly Pampered' and 'Your Dog's Happy Pace' added personality without being cutesy. The site answers the actual question: Can I trust these people with my pet?

The results

Launched looking established, not new. The brand positioned them as a premium option without feeling pretentious. They had a foundation to grow from and a clear way to talk about their services that didn't sound like every other pet sitter.
