The Challenge
Trivium Partners was entering one of Nashville's most competitive markets as a brand-new recruiting agency. No brand, no website, no content, and a very short runway to look established before they started pitching clients. First impressions in recruiting are everything. Nobody hires a staffing agency that looks like a startup.
What I Built
I developed the full brand identity from scratch, including logo, color system, typography, and visual language. The name "Trivium," meaning three ways in Latin, shaped the entire design approach: a balance between job seekers, employers, and results.
From there, I built the website and developed the full content strategy, every page written to communicate their value clearly and build trust with both candidates and hiring managers from the first visit.
The Outcome
Trivium Partners launched looking like an established player, not a new entrant. The brand gave them the credibility to compete from day one and a professional foundation to grow on as the business scales.
